All items are non-refundable. If an item you ordered does not turn out to be what you expected, eligible items may get returned within 10-days from receipt for a store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of defective or damaged items.

Store Credit: Store credits will be processed on an e-gift card- no exceptions. Merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was received and should be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and sell-able, with original tags attached, and all packaging materials included. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sell-able condition.

Sale Items: All items purchased on sale are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged for a store credit. No exceptions will be made for discounted items.

Return Period: You have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns are eligible for store credit only (issued via an e-gift card). All returns after 10 days will be rejected and returned to the sender.

Condition of Returns: All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached (if applicable). Any items that show signs of wear or damage, including but not limited to stains, perfumes, or visible wear, will not be accepted for return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of defective or damaged items. Please return merchandise using a secure method (shipping box or bag), and do not affix return labels directly to the product, as this can damage the original packaging, resulting in a refusal of return.

Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days from the order date to receive your order. To keep things flowing smoothly, we fulfill orders based on the method that best supports our shipping process. Trust that your order is in good hands and will be on its way soon! We do not offer express or expedited shipping services for online orders at this time.

Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via UPS, unless addressed to a USPS PO Box or Military FPO/APO/DPO addresses. Tracking information will be sent via email to the address used at checkout once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Signature Confirmation: Any orders with a total value of $200.00 or more will automatically include delivery with signature confirmation. This is for your protection to ensure safe delivery of high-value items
